I used MS Word to create the content, inserting pictures and diagrams as necessary. Saved it as a PDF, then uploaded it to their website and ordered 20 copies.

      The prices are reasonable, if you stick with black and white printing. They give you the option for a color cover, which really adds to the book at a minimal cost. They have different bindings available (staples, spiral, cerlox, soft and hard cover)

      There are also other companies offering the same service. I have no experience with eBooks.
