She is an extraordinary trainer and a trusted authority on the topic of what she calls Your Sacred Gifts. Her teachings are focused on helping people find deeper meaning and a greater sense of purpose in their lives whether at work, in their business or at home . Most people are surprised at how hilarious and down to earth she is given her highly intuitive and deeply spiritual nature....

Copia is positioned really well to grow into an influential constant over time. Curious? Come to one of the future meetings. Check the "Events" section of the HOBN site for Copia meetings as locations and times will change from week to week to "meet people where they are".

Well done, Alanna and David, and thanks again for getting Copia off the ground!

But few realize that when one thinks, something must happen to his thoughts. What one thinks today will tommorrow be a part of his memory;& since memory is active, what he thinks today as a conscious thought will tommorrow be submerged but active thought.

This is how habit is formed; 1st it is a desire, then comes the expression of this desire, then the desire becomes subjective and the subconscious action of thought causes it to be performed automatically. 1st we control thought, then thought controls us.

    " 1st the man takes a drink,
Then the drinks take a drink,
Then the drink takes the man."

Constant repetition gradually forms such a thought force on the subjective side of life that the very force created, in its turn, controls the one who created it.How careful we should be about what we let down into the deeper currents of mentality! All habits are formed in much the same way; they are 1st conscious; then they become unconscious or subconscious. A person may create such a strong desire that it will compel him to put into execution; this is called mania
