While still holding my Mortgage Broker’s license (referrals still always welcome), I have also been working with a dynamic team of business financiers and turnaround specialists. One of the areas we specialize in is in providing solutions for raising capital through an investment vehicle that provides a means to protect investor capital … and that’s a BIG DEAL in today’s VERY investment risk adverse economy.

Let me explain a little further …

We can GREATLY assist ventures and businesses with raising needed capital. We remove the risk of loss to the investor and if the venture or business is successful (that's the idea, right?) we greatly reduce the cost of funds as well.

If the venture/business is successful, the investors also have the opportunity to gain equity in the venture/business and the venture/business itself receives another tranche of funding.

If the venture/business fails, the investors will receive principle plus a return of interest … a Win/Win either way.

There are additional benefits and disclosures … we can discuss and I can send you the White Paper for more details.

We have already seen success with this. Ventures that were raising no capital even took this back to those who has said 'no', and in one meeting raised the millions in needed capital. Again, this was from multiple investors who previously, without this system, told them 'no'.

Contact me if you’d like to learn more …

(as a caveat, this investment vehicle is for accredited investors only and is best utilized for ventures/businesses looking to raise between $1-10 million+)

I look forward to any questions you may have …
