I have been working as an IT administrator for the past 12 years and consultant for a decade of that. I know that users and businesses have lots of questions in regard to their computers and IT services. Luckily, I've got lots of experience.
This first episode of "Karbon Kwestions" is aimed at providing answers and insights into -your- questions. I am asking all of you HOBN members to let me know what's most important to you by posting and 'voting' for your top 5 questions of the week. If there are intriguing questions that didn't get enough votes to make the top 5, but are relevant and engaging I'll open them up for discussion as well.
