Prior to joining Maple Leaf Self Storage in 2004, Tracy held a series of senior management positions with several national property management companies including Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group, Oxford Properties, ACM Properties and Bentall Property Management.
Presently, Tracy is a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade, the Burnaby Board of Trade, the Surrey Board of Trade and several other Chambers in the Greater Vancouver area. She is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and a lead volunteer with Dress For Success (+10 years).
Tracy attended Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia where she studied Finance and Urban Land Economics. She also holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

The money I raise will support social and economic development programs in Asia and Africa, literacy classes for women in Afghanistan, better-quality education for girls and boys in East Africa and employment opportunities in Pakistan and Mozambique…these are just a few of the reasons I’m walking this year!

With 60,000 people attending... see more From Wednesday to Sunday next week, the Maple Leaf Self Storage team will be participating in the BC Home + Garden Show at BC Place. It is a huge commitment of time, energy and resources, but we've learned that it is one of the very best places to make CONNECTIONS. With 60,000 people attending the show over the 5 days, if you don't run into someone interesting in the aisles, you will certainly meet someone interesting at one of the exhibits. Some basic stats: 80% of the visitors are between 25-54; 70% female and 30% men; 91% own their own homes; 64% will attend with both decision makers; and 78% plan to make significant purchases within the next 12 months. So, even if you aren't planning renos or purchases for your home, it may still be a great place to spend a few hours on the weekend. The cost is minimal - $15 or $12 if you buy online. It's just another, creative way to build up your connections. We'll be in booth 1401 smiling and handing out sweet treats....and making LOTS OF CONNECTIONS. Hope to see you!1 year ago
