I am the volunteer Event Manager for the West Coast Chocolate Festival. The Festival is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing mentored work experiences for youth and the marketing and messaging of chocolate. It features over 100 individual events and has over 5200 attendees over a 3 week period – October 15- November 10, 2011.
We are currently looking for companies to sponsor our opening event called Panache on October 15th, 2011 and closing event called Chocolate Delights on November 10, 2011. Both events are wonderful evenings that showcase chocolate-themed desserts. There are over twenty chocolatier and patisserie stations and selectively paired beverages on display.
If you know of any businesses, chocolatiers, pastry chefs or anyone in the chocolate/culinary industry that would be interested in sponsoring these events I would love to talk to them.
You can visit www.chocolatefestival.ca for details on the Festival and you can contact me for more information on sponsorship.
