    Tracy is responsible for the development, leadership and management of the Maple Leaf Self Storage portfolio in Canada.  In her role as Director, she has grown the real estate portfolio from five to twelve stores over the last seven years.  Maple Leaf Self Storage is currently one of the largest self storage companies in Western Canada with over 1.3 million square feet of real estate under management and over 14,000 tenants.  Maple Leaf is Canadian owned and operated and has been assisting businesses and families with their storage needs for over 30 years.


    Prior to joining Maple Leaf Self Storage in 2004, Tracy held a series of senior management positions with several national property management companies including Beutel Goodman Real Estate Group, Oxford Properties, ACM Properties and Bentall Property Management.


    Presently, Tracy is a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade, the Burnaby Board of Trade, the Surrey Board of Trade and several other Chambers in the Greater Vancouver area.  She is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia and a lead volunteer with Dress For Success (+10 years).


    Tracy attended Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia where she studied Finance and Urban Land Economics.  She also holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
