My question to my clients and networking colleagues is - Are you debt effective? Do you have a plan to reduce or eliminate bad debt and a plan to leverage good debt? Our homes are one of the biggest financial purchases of our lifetime and many times we don't spend enough, or any, time reviewing the best mortgage solution for our unique situation. Rates are important, but more important is finding the right mortgage product, and then the best rate for that product, in order to meet your specific goals.
Let my experience and education work for you and your valuable clients: An Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP); in lending since 1992; a record of achievement in the areas of Mortgages, Sales Management, Training and Client Relations; first hand experience building homes; owning rental and investment properties; and holding executive positions on Strata Councils. I offer my clients well-rounded advise and solutions, including ways to reduce their exposure to everyday toxins found in our homes. Is your dream home a green home?

Coming out in the North Shore outlook tomorrow. Paris has a bike share program with 20 thousand bikes... but it's flat, the solution for North Van is the electric bike. Super cool technology on locking and unlocking with your cell phone and possibilities to host a bike share location. It's starting on the shore but it's going to grow... We also heard about the potential for small and medium businesses with the multi billion shipbuilding contract. It got the ideas flowing. Great way to start the morning with 20 other entrepreneurial business owners/operators.1 month ago

I admit to having such a warm and fuzzy feeling this week about the power of many to come together and contribute their time, energy or expertise to create such a fantastic outcome. It took someone's idea, someone to purchase our tree and arrange the $ and seeking the decorating committee, the decorating committee to meet with us to plan and to share their decorations and ideas, the decorating committee along with two brave men to be on hand for "manly" tasks like getting the lights on the tree, someone to collect all logos and arrange to have them printed for the tree, our fantastic photographer to think to bring a tripod and take photos on our fieldtrip to view our decorated tree and a team of enthusiastic participants to make it all come together. Loved our spontaneous coffee date and am looking forward to see what opportunities 2013 brings to this great group of people.5 months ago

First off - twitter - show that you are out and about and active in your community/business - tweet about our chapter #hobnnorthshore. Learn something new, meet someone new, loved an idea? Tweet about it. Short and sweet notes from this am are up on our chapter's library. Consider Group Marketing - we are going to participate in this year's Parade of Trees with a joint HOBN tree. We have 11 confirmed so far, if you would also like to participate, let Julie, Leanne or Lara know. Also pls let us know if you want to be part of the decorating committee. We'll combine this with a winter social/drinks after decorating idea. I LOVE IT! Thank you all for your enthusiasm.6 months ago
